i dont know what to do with my friend rn. she's angry at me because she thinks im lying to her and it's the most bullshit thing ever.

she asked me how many calories i eat in a day and i said around 2300kcal and she yelled at me going,

"not with that body!"

and i told her,

"dude, im insanely active. i run in the mornings and night and in between that i work out at the gym doing strengthening excercises. i need all those calories just to MAINTAIN the weight. not to mention i love to go hiking on the weekends."

like, ffs im 5'4 and 118 lbs


she just went off on me saying she had to eat 1500 kcal a day for the past year to slim down and that she knew active people who ate like that too and just on and on with this bullshit that if you ate over 2000kcal you'd be a blubbering whale even if you worked out. she's been showing signs of an ed, but i've been hesitant about it, now im sure of it. im gonna try and talk to her, but man, it was sad and scary i had to even argue with her on this.
