its been a rollercoaster of a weekend, man

on friday my sisters boyfriend of 3 years physically abused her, she has bruises on her arms and neck. its fucked up, and im furious at him. i've been telling her to leave him from the start, so im also angry at her but ofc im repressing that anger bc shes going through all of this. she's 33 so its not like i could make her leave him, as much as i tried... i always had a bad feeling with him, and she told me he's pushed her a bit aggressively in the past, but nothing near like this

we made her take us along after and get all her things from his place and we've told her shes not to speak to or see him ever again.
ive also been trying to persuade her to report him but shes refused bc she doesnt want anything on her own record and shes worried he'll retaliate somehow. we did call his mother though lol, she got a good shock
