today is a good day anons! i'm feeling less depressed and i washed all the dishes. i even took down halloween. lol i'm gonna get the christmas decorations up. i cooked. i'm about to eat. i'm gonna go grocery shopping today. i'm not tons better but yay! \o/

idk if it's the b complex i've been taking kicking in or that i'm feeling hopeful having ordered some self-help books last night or what, but i'm very happy to be up and doing things again.

thank you! it sure is a productive today. that should help me feel even better. i always feel better about myself for getting up and doing things.
