the "dorm" is actually two floors of some building, and i guess sm just rents those floors. because for a while last year for example floor 12 was just leeteuk/heechul/ryeowook so there was an extra bedroom (4 rooms on 12, 3 on 11) but now that everyone's back there's like at least two sets of thirty year old men sharing bedrooms rn
