exactly why it shows premeditation, someone doesn't know how to do that withoit researching. it was evidence in the case. why are you defending him?

i'm just really amazed that a cab driver would let a stranger reach forward, grab their phone, disable their gps and then continue to their destination like that. i guess i'll try it next time i'm an uber

yeah afaik the prosecution argued that they discussed doing this by requesting taxis through apps for different locations than where they actually went, like covering their tracks. ofc it isn't like they're tech-smart and actually messed with gps trackers

idg why kpop fans feel the need to make this awful case "worse" than it is, i remember the early viral claims he had hacked the victims phone for months too. he doesn't have to be mr. robot, he's still a rapist and his career is beyond over

yeah the rumor mill is a net bad imo you can see it with the kim soohyun case rn too where garo sero keeps trying to push new rumors or in seungri's case where their fans jump on the inconsistencies as evidence he's wholly innocent
