International list of emergency and suicide hotlines
Befrienders Worldwide - they have centres all over the world. Once you select a country/language and click the 'View centres in my language' button, you will be taken to a listing of centres. To navigate through the listing click the < > signs next to the cogwheel towards the top left.
Together we are strong - List of helplines - List of chatrooms
Therapy Route - helplines and crisis support across the world
Checkpoint - more international helplines, specifically Australia, Canada, USA, UK and ROI, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, Japan
Samaritans - a UK charity, they have an online chat which seems to be accessible by everyone, and a UK telephone hotline
Marie Curie - a UK charity, support if you are living with a terminal illness or caring for someone who is. They have a webchat that is available during UK working hours, accessible through the Helpline menu at the top right.
