the difference is that hybe/bighit has a history of doing favors and getting favors from the sk gov like the time bts performed last minute in paris for them for free and then a few years later got given diplomatic passports. then bang pd initially refused to do stuff for yoon suk yeol's admin and it took a while for him to come around and start pushing their groups to do stuff like what enhypen did
