oh wow seventeen is doing two separate festivals in europe? nice ig that's a good way for european fans to see them w/out hybe having to do a concert that's hard to sell
i do wonder if they are gonna push their us tour until 4th quarter to give jeonghan/scoups more time to recover before jeonghan has to enlist
but they need to squeeze at least 1 album/cb this year too so who knows what's going on w/them they've basically been inactive the past 3 months as a group lol

kpop concerts are not hard to sell at all the problem is that right now they wouldn't make the same gigantic profit they get from just being paid a big fee for a festival appearance where they don't need to take care of renting the venue the logistics the catering etc.

i thought kpop groups were having a hard time selling out venues in europe in general and that it's harder to book venues compared to other regions?

not at all the single groups tours have sold out fine it's large kpop festivals with overpriced tickets like the ones they try to organize in london that keep getting canceled because fans don't want to pay that much for 2 or three songs

the festivals svt and skz have been booking don't have that problem because they don't depend solely on the kpop audience to happen

no, carats are angry because tickets for Glastonbury sold out already (the moment they went online las year) and are complaining about hybe not caring about Europe because a festival is obviously much worse than just playing 4 concert in some of the main cities. svt would easily sell out concerts

hybe and all of the big 4 are not doing real europe tours right now because a lot of countries have rules in place that forbid dynamic pricing. it's really sick
