i once told her gently and kindly that she should work on herself too since the type of guy she wants would probably want a woman who also works on herself (my nice way of saying go to the fucking gym, and start working on goals if you want a guy that is the same) and she told me a guy should love her for who she is and how she is. she's not wrong but she thinks a hot, successful, guy will love her while she is putting zero effort into improving herself
