my ice eating habit is getting really bad, im pretty sure it's my anemia but i really can't stop :/

my roommate has this and its so annoying. shes so loud and she always eats all the ice so we made her get her own special ice trays and shes not allowed to touch any of the other ones. idk why she doesnt just take iron supplements

oh no lol yeah she should deff take her iron, im diligent in taking mine but my ice habit has yet to go away

i've had this habit my whole life and every once in a while it gets so bad that i'm eating several cups of ice daily

i take iron supplements but it feels like at some point eating ice is just ingrained and you keep doing it
