according to my media law class it cant even sue without unveiling the person who posted. it will need to do the five part dendrite test and the court will still need to consider the anon's first amendment right to anonymity

iirc there have been some cases where ppl have successfully sued even tho the statements were true, but thats very very rare and not a popular decision
