if u were able to find and go to a therapist in the first place u can surely do it again

but not atm. there's so much stress that's bombarded me lately, i don't have the energy rn. it took a lot to contact her and get myself to go to those first few sessions. i just don't have it in me atm. plus she was recommended to me (by someone i am no-longer in contact with) so i felt safer seeking her out and didn't have to go around looking for one. she's only recommended me a counseling center and the only review i can find for anyone working there is one horrible review. i'm gonna be doing all the searching myself and taking a bigger gamble seeking out someone else. that's a lot for me.
