(Anonymous) 2015-12-09 08:09 pm (UTC)(link)if not then focus on slowing down and taking it one day at a time. force yourself to go on a walk every day to remove yourself from your typical environments, find a coffee shop/library place and take some time to just chill there.
i had no money and lots of issues a while back and just dedicating sometime to removing yourself from your 'normal' environments can do wonders. if you do it regularly enough you might also end up with someone to talk that isnt relevant to your normal daily life.

there's also the reddit communities for depression/anxiety and other disorders that might be good to start frequenting? ppl there are usually really open to just having regular venting.
