anon just take it one day at a time. do you attend college/uni? if you do then def go into your registrar/counsellors and tell that everything and anything.

if not then focus on slowing down and taking it one day at a time. force yourself to go on a walk every day to remove yourself from your typical environments, find a coffee shop/library place and take some time to just chill there.

i had no money and lots of issues a while back and just dedicating sometime to removing yourself from your 'normal' environments can do wonders. if you do it regularly enough you might also end up with someone to talk that isnt relevant to your normal daily life.

idk just stay strong anon

i'm trying to take it day to day. i'm not in school. part of my depression is that i can't even get out and take a walk bc of an injury that's not healing well. i'm getting help for that but it can be awful just to walk somedays. my social anxiety makes it difficult to just go out and be around strangers. which is part of why looking for another therapist or going to a support group is a lot for me to handle. rn i'm fairly homebound for a number of reasons, my injury being one of them. i'm feeling very stuck physically.

thank you anon. i haven't given up on anything. i'm just overwhelmed rn. i'm hoping if i let out my emotions and try to do some daily life things again bc i'll get myself out of this rut a bit.

yeah, that does make going outside harder. def use meme as an outlet tho.
as pissy and annoying some ppl can be, anons tend to come together to help ppl through shit times.

there's also the reddit communities for depression/anxiety and other disorders that might be good to start frequenting? ppl there are usually really open to just having regular venting.

yeah the main reason i come here is bc anons can be really helpful sometimes and i try to help others out too.

thanks for the suggestion. i had been looking around for online places to talk to people about things. i'll check that out.
