my therapist is suggesting i start going to a counseling center bc their rates are a lot cheaper than hers'. i can only afford to see her once a month now and with all the shit that's been happening in my life lately she thinks i need more support than once a month sessions. it's true. but it makes me sad and scared to end things and find someone else. and just now i was looking up this center and have only found one review and it was awful. so now i'm not sure what to do. :c
