yeah, ive never been extremely stressed about finals even in a hard sciences degree because that does nothing but make you forget everything and make everyone around you nervous and just as anxious as you are

people are always asking me why im not panicking or why im so calm and im thinking, "because it would be no use and i've done my best to review the materials so if i dont know something it's okay?"

but i feel bad for the people who do panic and get anxiety because they can't help it. im just glad tests have never made me nervous.

yeah, I see it as this: either your read and studied and you listened and took notes during lecture or you didn't apply yourself enough to really understand the material and you know you need to know it. i do too, tests have never made me nervous either because I've always been prepared.
