i did that for several years when i graduated hs and it gave me severe depression and anxiety that i'm still trying to recover from

i hope no one else on here is doing that to themselves because it's terrible

i've gone like that for at least two weeks at a time (for study reasons) but after that i feel like i'm going to burst if i don't get out of my house asap
