weight loss anons, we've got it! my bf and i bought a stationary bike for home a couple months ago and i've been getting on it for about 30min 3 times a week plus i'm also now going to a women's weightlifing class at the gym (i'm clueless when it comes to gym equipment and weights exercises).

i want to lose 25 lb to start with, that'll put me back to a normal weight BMI and at around where i was before i started my antidepressant last year, which has really contributed to my weigth gain i think. then another 25lb to get to where i really want to be.
