anons, i did it. i completed my 14 day alternate day fasting goal. i feel like it's really changed my relationship with food. these last few fast days, i didn't even feel hunger, its like the ghrelin knew not to even start percolating until it was an eat day again. i still have lots of work to do with finding other coping mechanisms for my problems but i now have very clear evidence that i do not need to continue using food
