people like wfh but tbh i can understand why some companies want people back in office.

in my job i have communicate with medical staff and i cannot count the amount of times ive called people who very obviously rolled over out of bed from sleep or whatever who are unprepared, unwilling and just unmotivated to provide the information that we need to take care of serious info about patients. trust me you do NOT want the people handling your sensitive info not taking things seriously while their at home with the tv blasting, children screaming and all the distractions that home brings bc ppl are doing laundry, making lunch, etc

a professional environment doesn't guarantee that ppl will be professional but it goes a long way toward making ppl accountable and doing the job properly.

arm pain and some weird freezing/swelling of her fingers on the arm she got the shot. its like turning into an infected abscess its weird. been keeping it clean with warm salt water but if it doesnt get better it'll be doc time
