i have adhd too and i'm sorry to tell you meds don't work long term, often have side effects, and 99% of the people around you will not take it seriously, that includes mental healthcare workers.

this is probably not what you want to hear, but the best thing that's helped me was a planner (one like jibun techo or inamio 24) and going to bed earlier.
